Altitude VRS8 ML1 and ML2 Drum modeling library for slate trigger
This is a product we decided to make because we felt that when were mixing ourselves, were always searching for what were after with samples and can never quite find the right sound, and we decided that it would be incredible to have not only raw samples, but raw samples you can even change your microphones to your own personal choice, thanks to slates microphone modelling system.
This drum sample library was recorded at Roc2 studios in Borras, Wrexham UK, using exclusively the Slate ML1 and ML2 microphones, and Slate VRS8 interfaces. We chose to record with these to give you unlimited possibilities with slate’s microphone modelling to shape your mixes down to the microphone choice and blend of your drums.
Each microphone signal is dry as It was recorded. We have not manipulated these post in any way. We took this decision to give you the full flexibility of the products so you can do whatever you like with them from scratch.
The drum kit that we recorded consists of:
Tama starclassic bubinga 20”x 22” kick drum
Tama starclassic bubinga 10” x 7” tom
Tama starclassic bubinga 12 x 8” tom
Tama starclassic bubinga 14” x 14” tom
